01925 650226 (option 1)

Alternatively, you can book online (limited appointments available online at the moment) or visit us in person to book an appointment.

If you are regularly seeing a particular Doctor or wish to see a specific Doctor, we advise booking a routine appointment. We cannot guarantee booking with specific Doctors when booking a same day appointment.

We offer routine pre-bookable GP face to face and telephone consultations that are bookable two weeks in advance. These consultations are not for acutely unwell patients and are for routine/ongoing medical problems that can wait, or for test results, sick notes or other routine queries.

For a routine pre-bookable appointment, please contact the surgery appointments line after 9:00am

01925 650226 (option 1)

Alternatively, you can book online (limited appointments available online at the moment) or visit us in person to book an appointment.

Each day we have an emergency "on call" doctor who deals with patients who have emergency problems that cannot wait until another day. When all of our same day appointments are booked for the day and the practice is full, our patient advisers will ask you if your problem is urgent for that day.

If your problem requires urgent attention that day, please advise our receptionists who will be able to help you. You will be asked a number of questions to help our advisers to direct your call. You may be asked to complete an eConsultation on our website and this will be expedited for urgent attention that day, and you will receive a response from the doctor by 6:30pm that same day. The response may not be a telephone call from the doctor, it could be a message via reception, information to your mobile/email in response to your eConsultation or a telephone call.

Enhanced access appointments outside of usual surgery hours are provided by our Primary Care Network.
