Mental Health Practitioner
We have specialised Mental Health Practitioners (MHP) at the medical centre who are best placed to see adults aged 18 or over who are struggling with mental health, stress or anxiety. You do not need to see a doctor beforehand.
Please contact our reception team on 01925 650226 (option 1) to book an appointment.
We are working with other practices in our PCN to provide additional appointments for our patients, the appointment you are offered may not be at Guardian Medical Centre, you may be offered another location locally to attend.
If you require medication, further tests or referrals ownards for further treatment, our MHP can do this for you.
