The team can help you get the information and support you need to start feeling back on track. They can provide some personal advice, or they help get support from an expert.
The wellbeing team can support people living with dementia and their carers, people with long Covid. We can also be found at the Talking Points which take place across the town. The team are also based at the Acute Medical Unit at Warrington Hospital to help people get home safely and with the right support in place.
